Accordingly, the pesticide wholesale enterprises and pesticide retail operators are no longer determined by bidding, so as to reduce the operating costs of pesticides. The regulation will take effect on October 1, 2023.
6 The National Engineering Research Center for pesticides was inaugurated in Beijing
