Application and processing process
When applying for the renewal of pesticide registration, enterprises need to log in to the government affairs service platform of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, create a new application for pesticide registration renewal, fill in the information online and declare, and at the same time mail or submit the paper information to the comprehensive office hall of Administrative approval of the Ministry of Agriculture.
After reviewing the information at the pesticide window of the government service hall of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, if the information is complete, it will be accepted. And arrange the Ministry of Agriculture and rural pesticide inspection Institute in accordance with the relevant provisions of the technical review. If the technical review finds hidden dangers or risks in safety and effectiveness, it shall be submitted to the pesticide Registration Review Committee for review.
After that, the pesticide management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs put forward the approval plan according to the national laws and regulations and the technical review opinions of the pesticide inspection Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs or the review opinions of the pesticide registration review committee, and reported to sign according to the procedure. According to the "Pesticide Registration Data Requirements" (Ministry of Agriculture Announcement No. 2569) and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Announcement No. 222, the information required to apply for the extension of pesticide registration is:

(3) According to the new provisions in the published Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Registration (Revised Draft for Comments), when applying for the renewal of registration, if there is no pesticide production license, the registration will not be renewed, in addition, if the scope of the production license is inconsistent with the pesticide registration certificate, the registration will be suspended; If the scope of production license cannot be obtained within five years, the registration shall not be renewed. Therefore, enterprises need to pay special attention to the content of the production license when applying for the extension of pesticide registration.
(4) At the same time, the Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Registration (Revised draft for Comment) also clearly stipulates that: after the review of the pesticide registration Review committee, there is a safety risk to agriculture, forestry, agricultural product quality, human and animal health, ecological environment, or the target biological resistance increases significantly, and the effectiveness is seriously reduced, the registration will not be renewed; For pesticide varieties requiring periodic evaluation, if the relevant evaluation report does not meet the requirements, the registration shall not be renewed.
