First, content precautions
(a) registration certificate holder, pesticide name, dosage form, total active ingredient content, active ingredient and its content: should be consistent with the pesticide name in the pesticide registration certificate.
(2) Toxicity and its identification: the information comes from the highest toxicity of the acute toxicity test. Toxicity is divided into five levels of high toxicity, high toxicity, medium toxicity, low toxicity, and mild toxicity, respectively marked with the words "identification and highly toxic", "identification and high toxicity", "identification and moderate toxicity", and "identification and mild toxicity".
(3) The scope of use, method of use, and technical requirements for use: the information comes from the efficacy test, the maximum number of application times and the safety interval are from the residue test report, the use of pesticides is restricted, and the warning sign should be indicated on the label after application, and the interval time for humans and animals to enter is clear; You can omit the security interval for the following cases.
1. Pesticides for non-food crops (except pasture).
2. Seed dressing, coating, soaking and other pesticides used for seed treatment.
3. Pesticides for non-cultivated land (except pasture).
4. Pesticides used as pre-seedling soil treatment agents.
5. Pesticides that are used only once at seedling stage.

7. Sanitary pesticides.
8. Other special circumstances.
(4) Precautions: known with other pesticides and other substances can not be mixed, should be marked; Where it is likely to have adverse effects on humans and animals, surrounding crops or plants, beneficial organisms (such as bees, birds, silkworms, earthworms, natural enemies and aquatic organisms such as fish and water fleas) and the environment, it shall be clearly stated and marked with preventive measures during use and cleaning requirements for application instruments. This information can be derived from environmental tests and risk assessments.
1. Preparation products should generally be marked with: "It is prohibited to clean the application equipment in rivers and other water bodies"; "When using, you should wear long clothes, trousers, boots, hats, goggles, masks, gloves and other protective equipment; Do not eat, drink or smoke during the application period. "Used containers should be properly disposed of, not used for other purposes, nor thrown away at will"; "Pregnant and lactating women should not be exposed."
2. When the preparation has a high risk to aquatic organisms (high possibility of exposure and above medium toxicity), it shall be marked with: "Application away from aquaculture areas, rivers and other water bodies" or "Prohibited near aquaculture areas, rivers and other water bodies". "It is forbidden for fish or shrimp and crabs to feed rice fields", "field water shall not be discharged directly into the water body after application of medicine" (only for rice fields).
3. When the preparation has a high risk to birds (high likelihood of exposure, such as seed treatment agents, granules used for dissemination, etc., and high toxicity), label: "Prohibited near bird sanctuaries". "Soil should be covered immediately after application".
4. Bees (registered products are not new)
When the preparation is orally or in contact with 1 < RQ≤50, it is generally marked: "(surrounding) flowering plants are prohibited".
When the preparation is oral or in contact with RQ > 50, in addition to indicating "(surrounding) flowering plants prohibited", it should also be marked "when using should pay close attention to the impact on nearby bee colonies".
When the pesticide has a high risk to bees and may be applied during the flowering period of honey or powder source plants, it should be marked "Inform beekeepers within 3000 meters of the location and the vicinity of pesticide application 3 days before", and for ultra-low volume liquid agents, it should be marked: "Inform beekeepers within 5000 meters of the operation area and the surrounding area 5 days before the operation".
5. When the preparation poses unacceptable risks to natural enemy insects in the field (HQin>5), mark: "The release area of natural enemies such as Trichogramma (or other representative natural enemies) shall not be allowed".
6. When the preparation has a high risk to silkworms (high possibility of exposure and high toxicity), mark: "Prohibited near the silkworm house and mulberry garden". (If the preparation is used directly on mulberry trees, the safe interval for silkworms should be marked).
7. Use sanitary insecticides indoors
Must be marked: "for indoor use only" or "prohibited for outdoor use"; And marked: "silkworm house and its vicinity prohibited".

Second, format precautions
(1) Serial number specification
The serial number of the use of technical requirements, product performance, precautions, poisoning first aid measures should be unified with "Arabic numerals and dots in the lower right corner", arranged in order, such as "1.×××× ×. 2.××××." Between each sequence number, end with a period.
(2) Symbol specification
1. Pesticide name. The name of the original drug (mother drug) is represented by "Chinese generic name or simplified generic name of the active ingredient", the name of the single preparation is represented by "Chinese generic name of the active ingredient", and the name of the mixed preparation is represented by "Chinese generic name or simplified generic name of the active ingredient"; Where the Chinese generic name is more than 3 characters, the simplified generic name may be used in the mixed preparation; In principle, the name of the mixed preparation shall not be more than 9 words; if it is more than 9 words, the simplified generic name shall be used; if it is less than 9 words, the simplified generic name shall not be used; Each active ingredient can have only one simplified generic name. In the name of the mixture, the simplified common name of each active ingredient is represented by a spacer "·", such as "pyrazolacetin · thiamethoxam".
2. The connector between the numbers, use a word line "-", such as the connector between the amount of medicine is "-", use the dilution of "500-1000 times", "100-150 grams /100 kg seed" in the technology.
3. The unit of dosage used in the preparation is expressed in Chinese with a backslash "/", such as "g/mu", "ml/mu"; The mass fraction of the active ingredient is expressed in half Angle "%" and the mass concentration is expressed in "g/L". Cannot use English letters.
